Ying left this world peacefully on Friday, September 17, 2021. Beloved wife of George Mitchell and wonderful mother to Eric, Ying was admired for her intelligence, kindness, humility, generosity and honesty. She touched all who knew her in a special way. A rare jewel, we were privileged to have known her. She lives on in our hearts.
