Sheldon Ma 馬為豪

Sheldon Ma 馬為豪, 40, of Quincy passed away on June 14, 2021.

Born in Boston, Sheldon was the beloved third son of Siu Yim Ma and Ellen Ma of Quincy. Cherished brother of Steve Ma and Melissa Ma of Quincy and Sidney Ma and his wife, Susandra Ma. Treasured uncle of three nieces, adored cousin and nephew of the Ma and Chu families from near and far. 

Sheldon was a very caring, gentle-hearted, smart, and loving person. He was a handy man-adamant in solving problems on his own since he was young. As a kid, he loved traveling with his family. He saw some of the most marvelous places this world has to offer. He also aimed to please his parents-keeping his mom company on long car rides and taking on the culinary skills of his father. He was a supportive brother, offering bright smiles and a shoulder to lean on whenever they needed him. He was a great caretaker to his baby sister, laughing, protecting, and going on adventures with her. In his adult years, Sheldon was a hard worker. He took on multiple jobs to pave his way in this world. He did not give up and persevered through the obstacles in his life. 

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and those who knew him. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Visitation on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Hamel-Lydon Chapel 安泰殯儀館, 650 Hancock Street, Quincy. A private service at the Crematory will follow the day after and the burial of cremains will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 10:00am at the Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Avenue, Boston.
