Patricia T. White, 63 years old, Abington, Massachusetts, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
Pat was born and raised in Quincy where she resided most of her life surrounded by her family, as well as where she raised her only child, and loving son Aaron. Pat worked very hard to earn her Bachelor's Degree from UMass Boston where she graduated with honors. She went on to work for many years advocating for the elderly population as the Director of Ombudsman for South Shore Elder Services. Pat enjoyed taking trips with and to visit family, she often went camping in Vermont, took trips to Texas, and too many magical vacations to Disney for Aaron to be able to count. As Aaron grew up, he gave her loving grandchildren who she cherished with everything she had. Pat loved cooking and baking and never skipped a chance to share that passion with either of her 2 “princess” grand-daughters. If she wasn’t in the kitchen, Pat enjoyed being outside sharing time in nature with any of her grandbabies and all of the kids who were always around her while they made each other smile. While family was certainly at the top of the list for Pat’s time and devotion, she still made plenty of time for her many many friends, going out to eat, watching a movie, or having a glass of merlot and quite a few laughs.
Pat is survived by her loving son Aaron Marshall (Katie Kline), Kelly and Marc Doos , grandchildren Hayle, Chase, Caleb, Tyler, and Alyssa. She is also survived by her siblings Bernadette, Veronica, John, and Evie as well as many nieces and nephews. Pat is predeceased by her parents John and Lillian, and sisters Margaret and Claire.
Please join us in remembering Patti at Hardy’s, 740 North Main St in West Bridgewater. Gathering hours will be on Saturday, October 24th, 11:00am to 3:00 pm.
