James Adler "Jimbo" Obituary

James Hanlon Adler “Jimbo” of Quincy passed away peacefully at home on Monday January 23, 2023.

Everyone who knew Jim Loved him!  He grew up in Quincy and was a graduate of Quincy High Vo tech.  In his younger years he enjoyed his goaltender role in the popular street hockey.  A basketball was never far from his hands.   Often you would see Jimbo riding his bicycle with his loyal dog Otis beside him.  He loved tinkering with cars and motorcycles and could be quite the daredevil!  He was a dedicated hard working employee who always brought laughter to the office and out on the road.  In his spare time he would enjoy watching the old time westerns and classic 3 stooges

Jim was a notorious flirt and jokester.   You could always count on him to bring his hilarious sense of humor and vivid storytelling at any gathering.  He was always willing to help out anyone in need.  To Know Jimbo was to love him!  He will be deeply missed by all.

Devoted father of Rebecca Adler of Florida and Stepfather of the late Jamie Rafferty.  Son of the late Albert and Flora Adler.  Cherished brother of Susan Adler and Vincent Adler both of Quincy and the late Daniel Adler.  Loving Uncle of Justin and Eric Adler both of Quincy and Amanda Adler of Florida.  Brother-in-law to Sherri True of Florida and Anita Perkins of Quincy
